At Chinmini, we put care into every piece we send you. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

-The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

-All tags and packaging must be intact

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Non-returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

-Worn or washed items

-Items without original tags

-Products purchased during sale/discount (if applicable)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

-Your order number

-Clear photos of the product

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

-Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

-The amount will be credited to your original payment method

Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges only for: 

-Defective products

Subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

-Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges (unless the item is defective or incorrect)

-Shipping charges are non-refundable
